In this menu we have collected the most frequently asked questions so that we can provide answers as soon as possible if you need information. If you do not find what you are looking for in the listed questions and answers, please inquire during working hours (Mon-Fri, 8: 00-16: 30) on our online chat interface or at one of our telephone contacts! Do I need to register to shop online?

It is not necessary to register in our webshop to make a purchase. During the purchase process, you are free to choose to register (e.g. making it easier to make any future purchases) or to continue shopping without registering.

What does the crossed-out price mean?

You can see the crossed-out price for our periodic special, discounted, and discounted and sometimes discontinued products, and it shows the original list price from which we provide the discount.

Do you sell only new products?

In our webshop we sell new products in factory condition. No repackaged or used products. Occasionally you can find a demonstration piece with damaged or broken packaging in our store, which is always sold as a discounted product at a discounted price. In the case of devalued products, the fact of the devaluation and the reason for it are clearly indicated.

Can I give different delivery and billing address?

If you are not at the address for which you are requesting an invoice, you can provide another shipping address during the ordering process. Please enter your shipping and billing address carefully, as we will not be liable for any damages resulting from incorrect data!

Can I order to other EU country? What are the delivery, shipping conditions for this case?

We ask you to get in contact with us at email address and we will find you the cheapest, quickest way of transportation to your country and the export billing as well! If you order from any other EU countries, we can send your order by GLS, DPD or TNT based on the size and weight of your order. For smaller packeges up to 5 kgs we use GLS or DPD, their delivery time is appr. 3-6 working days up to the shipping address.

These fees are just for information, the final delivery cost will be added to the order conformation as a seperated item. You can also order from us as a European company, in this case we ask you to provide your EU VAT Nr. at the order and in this case you will get an export invoice from us without VAT. What shall I do if I received a damaged package?

In all cases, check the package received, even in the presence of the courier! If you see damage to the package, make a report with the courier (proving that the damage did not occur to you) and do not take over the package! Complaints about damaged packages will only be accepted upon presentation of the report. Pls, send your request immediately upon receiving the shipment but not latest than 3 days!

How I can send back the ordered item(s)?

We recommend to keep the packaging at least until you try the product, but if the packaging may be damaged when the product is unpacked, this will not prevent you from returning it. In this case, please pack the product with its packaging to be returned as carefully as possible to avoid damage! Return the packaged product to us with the invoice you received for the product and, depending on the reason you return it, we will initiate the appropriate process upon receipt of the product.


In the case of products ordered in the webshop, individuals have the right to a 14-day withdrawal - based on the legal regulations on contracts concluded between those who are away (you can find out more in the GTC in the Contact menu). If you have received the product and for any reason you think it does not comply, you can return it to us even without a reason. You also have the right to a 14-day withdrawal if you have received the product ordered in the online store in person.


It is important, however, that this right only applies to individuals. If you buy a product for a company, you cannot exercise this right of withdrawal. In addition, if you use the product beyond the trial period, you will also lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.


To cancel, you can find a Cancellation Statement in the Contact menu, which you should attach to the product!

What shall I do if the ordered product is faulty? Is there a warranty for it?

We provide a guarantee, warranty and guarantee for all the products we sell (you can find more information in the GTC in the Contact menu). If the ordered product is defective, please report it immediately and return the defective product to us!
